Dry toast walnuts and keep aside
Break biscuits into small pieces
Mix biscuits and 100 GMs walnuts in a big pan
Take another pan and add sugar and cocoa powder, mix well and give 1 boil
keep stirring and add butter and let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes
off the flame and let it cool a bit
Now add vanilla essence and pour the mixture on biscuits and mix it well
put the biscuits mixture in a setting bowl and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour
Now take another pan and add cream and boil it. After 1 boil off the flame add dark chocolate pieces and keep stirring for minutes till chocolate melts completely
Now remove the cake from the fridge, pour the chocolate mixture and spread evenly
Now again keep cake in fridge for 4 hours
Now use remaining walnuts for topping
Cut the cake into desired shape as per ur choice
Garnish with almonds and silver balls
